Katya Daniel Bio

Katya primarily represents private equity sponsors and strategic investors in structuring and negotiation of leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and minority investments. She concentrates her practice on the middle market transactions across multiple industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, media and marketing, and retail. Katya also advises private equity clients and their portfolio companies on general corporate governance matters. She is a visiting lecturer at Harvard Law School. During law school, Katya was an executive case and note editor of the New England Law Review and a member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team.
