Emily Savage Bio

Emily is a principal lawyer in MT+Co.’s Business Law Group, where she leads mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate and commercial transactions. Emily is also the chair of the firm’s student committee and assists with associate training and development. Emily advises clients across several industries and primarily works with buyers and sellers as well as private and growth-stage companies on transactional matters. Emily is focused on helping business owners achieve their goals and appreciates getting to know her clients on a personal level.
