Nicole Wiebold Bio

Nicole Wiebold is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Corporate Group, where she works at the intersection of mergers and acquisitions and cybersecurity law. With a Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Nicole focuses on working collaboratively with businesses and business owners on governance, data security and privacy, and strategic positioning in deals on both the buy and sell sides. Prior to law school, Nicole worked as a legal administrative assistant and then as a paralegal, giving her unique insight into all aspects of a law firm’s operation and its interfacing roles with clients.
