Marcel Hörauf focuses his practice on banking and financial services regulatory law, capital markets law and on compliance and sanction matters. His advisory practice also focuses on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) regulatory developments. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Marcel worked for Deutsche Börse (German Stock Exchange) and another leading international law firm for several years.
