Dr. Jan Streer advises national and international companies and financial investors on their most complex M&A and private equity transactions, as well as on venture capital investments, joint ventures and security offerings. In addition to this transactional practice, Jan frequently advises insurers as well as buyers of insurance product in connection with transactional liability insurance products, including R&W insurances. Several German and international companies enlist Jan as standing legal counsel for his guidance on complex corporate issues, as well as commercial and trade law matters.
