Ron Boucher Bio

Ron is a Partner on our Corporate team and Head of our London Office. Ron supports Irish and international clients in navigating complex issues in cross-border M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, across a broad range of industries. Clients know him for his pragmatic style and insightful and commercially-focused advice. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Ron worked in the Private Equity teams at two leading US firms in London.
