Filippo Maisto Bio

Filippo Maisto is admitted to the Milan Bar. He joined Maisto e Associati immediately after graduating (cum laude) in law at the University of Milan Luigi Bocconi in 2011. He deals with corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions and tax planning for high net worth individuals. He regularly writes for the Italian leading financial newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore” as well as for other major tax reviews. In 2021 he has been selected among the Young Leaders of the Council for the United States and Italy (CONSIUSA). He often speaks at tax conferences and lectures in post-graduate tax courses.
