Dr Reinhard Lutz is known for his expertise and 30 years of experience in advising on corporate law and litigating complex disputes. He is one of the leading experts in the field of shareholder disputes in Germany. This is not least due to his practical handbook "Der Gesellschafterstreit in der GbR, PartG, OHG, KG, GmbH & Co. KG and GmbH". He is regularly appointed as an arbitrator for arbitration proceedings. As a founding partner of the law firm LUTZ | ABEL, he heads the practice groups Corporate Law and Litigation and Arbitration.
