Christian Rodorff Bio

Christian Rodorff is a partner for M&A/Corporate and is based in our Munich office. He regularly advises national and international clients on transactions, joint ventures, co-operations, reorganizations, management participation schemes, and general corporate matters, with regard to commercial and contract law issues. His previous projects covered a wide range of sectors (IT/Software, Tech, Healthcare, Medicine, Automotive, Food, Logistics, Energy etc.) and jurisdictions. Christian has a broad range of experience and expertise in all types of national and international M&A deals, private equity transactions, and venture capital investments (eg. share and asset deals, LBOs, management buy-outs, majority and minority investments, auction processes, seed investments, financing rounds and exits). Prior to joining Lupp + Partner, Christian was a partner at Luther for more than two years. He started his career as an associate in the corporate/M&A practice of P+P Pöllath + Partners where he worked for more than six years. Afterwards he practised at a Big4 accounting firm and an international law firm.
