Nicolas Wehrli Bio

Nicolas Wehrli is a partner and a member of the Corporate / M&A practice group in the Zurich office. Nicolas has extensive experience advising clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (focusing on private M&A and private equity transactions) as well as international capital markets transactions, multi-jurisdictional restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters. His clients include international private equity funds and multinational enterprise across various industries with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure, healthcare and technology sectors. Prior joining to Loyens & Loeff, he worked for leading Swiss and US law firms in Zurich and London and within legal services of professional services firms, most recently as Head of Transactions.
