Gerco Van Eck Bio

Gerco van Eck, civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. Gerco advises national and international companies in setting up international structures and restructuring. He specialises in the structuring of (cross-border) transactions, legal entities and partnerships. Gerco is a lecturer at the Radboud University of Nijmegen (CPO) and at the University of Leiden (PAO) (“Leergang verdiept vennootschapsrecht notariaat”). He writes regularly on aspects of corporate law with a focus on (cross-border), (de)mergers and conversions.
