Dr Marcel Kleemann advises German and international clients on corporate law, in particular D&O liability, compliance issues, corporate disputes, the preparation and conduct of shareholders' meetings and general meetings, restructuring as well as internal investigations. A further focus of his work is advising on anti-money laundering law - also for obliged entities outside the financial sector.
