Regina is specialized in corporate law, and has handled many domestic and cross-border operations, representing national and foreign companies and foreign investors in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and startups, and a wide range of corporate issues, including restructuring and disputes, as well as structuring and negotiating commercial contracts. She also has broad experience in advising companies on the regulations of the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM). Regina is responsible for the pro bono services provided by our firm.
