With over twenty years of experience with both French and international law firms, Cristian Rawlins serves national and international clients, advising them on private equity issues (venture capital, growth capital, LBO) as well as M&A transactions and setting-up of corporate joint-ventures, and generally speaking on corporate law issues. Cristian Rawlins enjoys a strong reputation, in particular in the Life Sciences industry. He provides his services to industrial groups, investment funds and individuals on their transfers, takeovers, investments and restructuring projects. He also advises entrepreneurs on the setting-up of their companies and their fundraising campaigns. He is the current General Secretary of Pharma Licensing Club France.
