Stefan Rohrborn Bio

Stefan Rohrborn provides guidance to companies in all matters of employment law, particularly in restructuring and corporate transactions. He also advises and represents executives as well as managing and executive boards. Before joining vangard, Stefan gained his wide-ranging experience as an attorney with major international law firms, including one recognized as a leader in employment law. He also founded one law firm and co-founded another. Stefan was admitted to the bar in 1995 and has been a specialized lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law in Germany since 2000.
