Tim specializes in corporate law advice in the context of national and international acquisition transactions including public takeovers, corporate restructurings as well as corporate law, in particular stock corporation and capital market law advice to companies and groups of companies, including corporate governance issues, compliance and general meeting support. He is a member of the German Executive Team and the ESG Working Group.
