Joost Woodman Bio

Joost Houtman specializes in corporate law, company law, and banking and securities law. He has extensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, leasing and information technology. Joost assists various types of organizations and shareholders that are active in production, information and communication technology and the hotel industry. Since 2015, Joost has been a member of the board of directors of Meritas Law Firms Worldwide. Joost has been associated with Lexence since 1997. He studied Dutch law at the University of Groningen and obtained his LL.M. from the London School of Economics, UK. Joost was sworn in as a lawyer in 1990.
