Tacho also helps foreign and domestic clients navigate cross border transactions, advising clients on international compliance issues arising out of U.S. sanction regimes and import/export control policies. While born in Mexico, Tacho grew up in Texas. He began his legal career in New York City and moved back to Texas in 2021. Throughout this time, Tacho has serviced clients in the construction and infrastructure, entertainment, hospitality, financial services, and renewable energy industries.
