Neil Goldstein focuses his practice on corporate and real estate law. Neil advises clients on a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, purchase, sale, and leasing of real property, intellectual property, licensing, and financing of real property, as well as general partnership and corporate matters. He has extensive experience in negotiating complex contractual matters, in representation of clients in a broad range of commercial, corporate, and real estate transactions, and in assisting clients in structuring transactions. In addition, Neil is a personal counselor and legal adviser to a number of prominent, high income, high-net worth individuals in the fashion, music, and real estate industries.
