Hyun Ah Song Bio

Hyun Ah Song is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group and Healthcare/Life Science Group. Her practice focuses primarily in the areas of life science and healthcare, corporate law, M&A, corporate governance and China practice. Ms. Song has handled various life science and healthcare matters including advice on regulatory matters related with government authorities, fair trade and anti-trust issues including ethical business practices and white collar crimes: on-site support for KFTC investigation, criminal defense in kickback cases, establishment of internal policies and SOPs, etc. In addition to this, she has advised on healthcare-related matters such as clinical trial agreements, distribution agreements (co-marketing/co-promotion), logistics and warehousing agreements, global license-in and license-out cases, market access project, data protection issues and general corporate matters including establishment of Korean branches or affiliates, M&A transactions, corporate governance, labor issues, etc.
