As a member of Lee & Ko's Corporate Practice Group, Hyoung Geun Hong practice focuses on general corporate transactions, corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Hong served as a Judge Advocate Officer in the Ministry of Justice. Mr. Hong received his LL.B. from the Korea University College of Law in 2010. In 2013, he was admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.
