Serge Boucher Bio

From 1980 to 1989, Serge Boucher acted as senior partner of the Boucher, Gariépy and Moreault law firm. He joined our team in 1989. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, and business restructuring. Serge is personally involved in the real estate industry, and possesses in-depth understanding of the business community, of which he is a member. He is a trade-mark agent and has been developing an international business practice since 1985.
