Alicia joined LaBarge Weinstein as an associate in 2019. As a member of the firm’s corporate group, she regularly assists clients with corporate financing, M&A transactions and general corporate matters. Alicia previously practiced at a leading business law firm in Toronto. She completed her law degree at the University of Toronto. Prior to law school, Alicia received a Master of Arts from the University of Ottawa and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph.
