Henrik Møgelmose specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets and company law, and also handles general commercial law matters. Henrik has many years of experience in advising Danish and foreign clients, including industrial and financial undertakings and private equity funds, on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and issues of shares. As an experienced M&A adviser, Henrik has been involved in a wide range of major M&A and capital markets transactions, including public-to-private, carve-outs, cross-border M&A transactions and privatisations. He has advised on numerous transactions and mergers within the banking sector over the past years.
