Roger Carlson Jr. Bio

Roger Carlson is a Partner in the firm's Business Practice. His practice focuses on delivering legal solutions to clients in the areas of commercial real estate, buying and selling businesses, contract negotiations, corporate finance, and general representation of various business entities and their principals. Mr. Carlson also has extensive experience in, representing lenders on new loans and restructuring distressed and non-performing loans. Mr. Carlson also advises on the real estate, development and financing aspects of energy projects, including wind and solar projects. Mr. Carlson is active in his community, serving on the board of several not-for-profit organizations and company advisory boards. In addition to serving as an attorney, Mr. Carlson is a Certified Public Accountant.
