Han Yue specialises in investments by domestic and overseas private equity funds, cross-border M&A, and overseas investments and capital markets. Mr. Han has advised on investments by multiple onshore and offshore private equity funds, including: Silverlake’s investment in Qunar.com, Goldman Sachs and Baring’s investment in China Shengmu, GIC’s acquisition of H shares issued by China Pacific Insurance, and the investment in Zhaoheng Hydropower by Morgan Stanley’s infrastructure fund. Mr. Han has also worked on several high-profile overseas capital markets transactions, including: privatisation of Qihu 360, backdoor listing of China Merchants Real Estate in Hong Kong and the IPO of Universal Medical in Hong Kong.
