Elizabeth Guidi Bio

Elizabeth Guidi focuses her practice on the U.S. tax aspects of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity fund formation. Elizabeth has significant experience representing public and private companies in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. She regularly represents clients across a variety of sectors and across a range of jurisdictions. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was a partner on the tax practice team of a global law firm in its New York City office. Previously, she was an attorney in the New York City office of an international law firm. While attending law school, Elizabeth was an Executive Board Member for the Brooklyn Law Review. Elizabeth was recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" for Tax Law in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2025 by The Best Lawyers in America®. She was recognized as a New York “Rising Star” in 2024 for Tax Law by Super Lawyers magazine.
