With over 15 years’ experience, her expertise lies in areas relating to private equity, venture capital, PE exits, mergers, acquisitions and foreign investments. Surbhi sits on the board of several Indian listed companies as well and has been voted as a Rising Star in AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers 2018.
