William Levendusky Bio

Bill maintains a robust and diverse practice, advising business owners and in-house legal teams on all types of corporate transactions, from real estate and tax credit financing to capital raises and exit planning. As a senior member of the firm’s M+A team, he works closely with executive leadership teams as outside general counsel to formulate deal strategies and lead transactions through closing. Bill also offers experienced counsel to his emerging business clients, working with startups and other growth-focused companies on a broad range of fundraising, structuring, regulatory, and risk management matters.
