One of the firm’s most experienced transactional attorneys, Erin has led corporate deals of all sizes for public and private companies alike. She is a senior member of the firm’s deal team and plays a key role in managing strategic transactions and business operations that require compliance with public securities regulations. In addition to her transactional experience, Erin also leads the firm’s engagements with non-profit organizations.
