Milos Vuckovic Bio

Miloš is a Senior Partner with over 25 years of experience in advising clients on all aspects of corporate & commercial, real estate, and energy law, with a particular focus on renewables and mining. He has unique regional experience in advising clients on all areas of corporate law, including corporate governance, compliance, privatisation, M&A, contracts and commercial agreements, joint ventures, spin-offs, restructuring, takeover bids, etc. Miloš oversees the cooperation with the Macedonian lawyers we cooperate with and also runs the Nordic Desk. He currently holds the Managing Partner position in Karanovic & Partners.
