Kelly Ruse Bio

Kelly Ruse practices primarily in the areas of commercial transactions, commercial financings, financial regulation, leasing, transportation, incorporations and general business law. A significant part of her practice includes assisting clients with respect to all aspects of the acquisition or disposition of a business, from the initial planning and investigative stages, through negotiation, structuring, drafting and closing of the transaction. Kelly also provides general business advice to clients to assist with everyday issues they may encounter. As part of her transportation law practice, Kelly has assisted and provided advice to motor carriers and railways with respect to acquisitions, dispositions and general business matters. Kelly is a member and director of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association and a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association (US).
