Harpreet Walia represents business clients in a wide variety of industries such as software development, consulting services, manufacturing, franchise, and real estate. He has represented buyers and sellers in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. He has wide experience in counseling clients in joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability companies.
