Biji Rajesh is enrolled as an Advocate and she has been practicing in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Consumer Courts and Central Administrative Tribunal. Her areas of specialization are Service related Disputes, Arbitration and Labour Laws. She has been representing various Government Organizations, Local Authorities, Corporations and private organizations viz., Airport Authority of India, MTNL, NTPC, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Delhi Development Authority, Steel Authority of India, Delhi Transco Ltd, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd, Comptroller & Auditor General of India, Prasar Bharti Broadcasting Corporation Ltd, Employees Provident Fund Organizations etc. before various forums. She has handled matters relating to Labour Laws viz., termination, retrenchment, lockouts etc, service matters viz., appointment, termination, disciplinary proceedings, promotion etc. She has further handled Arbitration matters viz., Work Contracts, Commercial Contracts etc. She also has expertise in handling international Arbitrations.
