Virginie works with the Firm’s clients in the fields of private equity (risk capital, development capital, LBO/MBO, …) and mergers and acquisitions. To this end, she uses her experience in the fields of company cooperation, external growth, “equity capital”, structuring or reorganization of groups of companies. She advises French and overseas companies, listed or unlisted, and managers on all aspects of Company law.
