Kun Tong has over 11 years of legal practice experience. He has focused on the areas of practice in capital market, including IPO, M&A and PE. Mr. TONG has advised on numerous large-scale private and state-owned enterprises for their restructuring, onshore or offshore IPO, as well as cross-border investment. In recent years, Mr. TONG has been involved in several remarkable transactions in capital market, such as H shares IPO of commercial banks, spin-off restructuring of HK listing real estate enterprises, etc. Besides, Mr. TONG has extensive experience in service for emerging new industries, especially for fast-growing TMT enterprises to conduct series fund raising, red-chip IPO, and acquisition, etc.
