Junlin Bai Bio

Junlin Bai has an LL.B from Beijing Institute of Technology, and LL.Ms from the University of Liverpool and the Northwestern University. Mr. Bai also has a Business Administration Certificate from Kellogg School of Management, the Northwestern University. Mr. Bai became a partner in Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Bai practiced with leading U.S. and China law firms, and served as the general counsel of a large financial institution in Hong Kong. Mr. Bai specializes in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt securities offerings, reorganization, and liquidation and bankruptcy. Mr. Bai is a qualified PRC lawyer, and is admitted to practice law in New York State, the U.S. Mr. Bai is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker and is fluent in English and Cantonese.
