Hu Wu Bio

Hu Wu graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with LL.B. in 1991. Mr. Wu worked as a procurator in the People’s Procuratorate of Beijing Municipality from 1991 to 1994 and then worked as an assistant in Beijing CUIPPC from 1994 to 1996. He was an administrative assistant of Beijing office of America Eveready Battery Ltd. in 1996. Mr. Wu joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 1997 and became a partner since 2006. Mr. Wu specializes in international financing, securities law, foreign investment, and corporate. Mr. Wu obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 2004. He is fluent in both Chinese and English.
