Amandeep Singh Virk practice areas are general corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He has advised domestic and international clients in mergers and acquisitions related transactions including private equity investment, strategic acquisition and mergers (inter- company, intra-company and demerger). He has also advised clients on foreign exchange laws, company law, FDI policy and SEBI related laws to various clients as part of general corporate commercial practice. His scope of work includes doing legal due diligence, drafting opinions and drafting various commercial contracts including share purchase agreement, investment agreement and shareholders agreement.
