Jörn-Ahrend Witt advises clients on corporate law matters as well as on M&A transactions and restructurings. Jörn-Ahrend Witt advises entrepreneurs, family offices, investors, and medium-sized corporate groups (including corporations listed on the stock exchange) based in Germany and abroad on all corporate law matters (including dispute resolution) as well as on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and restructurings. He also advises on matters of corporate succession and on management participations. Before joining honert Jörn-Ahrend Witt worked at the law firms Hengeler Mueller (Düsseldorf and Frankfurt) and Macfarlanes LLP (London) in the areas of corporate law, M&A and private equity. Jörn-Ahrend Witt is married and has two children. He speaks English and French.
