James Adams regularly represents both borrowers and lenders in a variety of debt financing arrangements. James' representative experience covers domestic and cross-border, secured and unsecured finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based and cash flow deals. He advises clients across multiple industry sectors, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, energy and natural resources and sports, media and entertainment. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, James worked in the New York office of another international law firm. He received his J.D., cum laude, from American University - Washington College of Law in 2010 and graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2007, where he received a dual B.A. in history and government.
