Dr. Tom Van Duuren Bio

Dr. Thomas Pieter (Tom) van Duuren is a lawyer and civil-law notary with over 35 years of experience in the international corporate and finance practice. Tom services multinational clients on a wide variety of transactions including M&A, joint ventures, cross border restructurings and reorganisations. Being qualified as a civil-law notary under Dutch law he handles transactions from start to finish including notarial transfer instruments and related documentation. He advises clients on their Dutch corporate structure and corporate governance. Tom is fellow of Zuidas Institute for Financial law and Corporate law (ZIFO) in Amsterdam and member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-law Notaries.
