Rajveer Sehmi Bio

Rajveer is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial team in the London office. Rajveer works on a wide range of transactional matters including company acquisitions, corporate and ship finance, company secretarial matters, drafting commercial agreements and all types of commercial maritime transactions. Rajveer has experience in all aspects of ship sale and purchase from her time spent in the London shipping team and the commercial and transactional aspects of yacht sale and purchase after spending time within the firm’s yacht team. She has experience of advising on other types of commercial shipping transactions including ship finance acting for banks and owners, ship/yacht instructions, repair contracts, charter parties, management agreements and other related contracts. Rajveer completed her LLB with the College of Law and prior to this she completed her bachelor’s degree in English language and literature at Kings College London.
