Emma Callow Bio

Emma is a partner in our corporate team. Emma has more than 20 years’ experience and her expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, group reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters. Emma joined the firm in February 2024, having previously been a partner at a renowned firm and prior to that worked at other distinguished law firms. Emma advises companies and individuals on all aspect of corporate transactions across a wide range of sectors. Emma is highly motivated, organised and efficient. She has excellent communication skills and works well as part of any team. Emma provides her clients with pragmatic and commercial advice and does not shy away from delivering the difficult messages. Emma has been praised by clients for her ‘commitment, professionalism, quality of advice and above all humour’ and as being ‘exceptional with her responsiveness and support’ and for ‘providing advice that is consistently high quality and adds real value’. Emma has supported a number of long-standing clients over the past decade and has gained a real insight into their businesses and the way they operate, which allows Emma to be an integral part of the clients’ core teams and a trusted and valued adviser. Emma graduated with a degree in law and sociology from Warwick University in 1999.
