Alastair Moss Bio

Alastair is a partner based in the London office and has 25 years’ experience of real estate development, investment, finance and occupation. Alastair joined the firm in January 2023 and was previously Co-Head of Real Estate at a renowned law firm. He applies his extensive expertise to the benefit of his clients, combining a wealth of other experience such as chairing major planning committees and non-executive property roles, with several billions of pounds of UK property held in the entities he has helped to oversee. Alastair takes a commercial and collaborative approach and uses his experience to steer transactions to a positive outcome, with the support of a close-knit and approachable team. He routinely acts for those investing in high value commercial real estate and is recognised in The Legal 500 for this work. Alastair assists various family offices in the management of their extensive property portfolios, providing strategic as well as legal counsel. He also acts for national retailers, developers, leisure operators and corporate occupiers. Alastair holds a MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and attended the University of Law in Guildford before qualifying as a solicitor in 1998.
