Brandon Adams Bio

Brandon J. Adams is a skilled attorney with a practice focused on corporate and real estate law. He joined HFM in 2025, bringing diverse experience in representing real estate developers, businesses, and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial and residential real estate matters. His practice encompasses a wide range of services, including commercial leases, joint ventures, development projects, mergers, acquisitions, and the formation of business entities for real estate syndication and investment purposes. Mr. Adams has also served as outside general counsel for businesses, advising on a broad spectrum of matters including employment law, leasing, marketing agreements, and regulatory compliance. His experience also includes drafting private placement memorandums, subscription agreements, and other investment documents, ensuring compliance with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regulations. Mr. Adams earned his law degree from California Western School of Law and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno.
