Robert Gunter practices in the areas of business and corporate law, commercial litigation, real estate law, construction law, family law, trusts and estate planning. He further serves as outside general counsel to several businesses and provides strategic growth, financial and general business advice to the companies. Mr. Gunter’s diverse clientele en-compasses several different industries as well as providing consultation and legal representation for private individuals and family matters. His extensive experience in day-to-day business matters, finance, real estate development, and commercial construction has enabled him to provide a unique approach to his client’s business, legal, and personal matters. He takes pride in his ability to evaluate key legal issues early in the legal process that allows him to develop and set legal strategy to effectively represent his clients’ interests.
