Benjamin Levine's practice primarily focuses on complex litigation in the areas of sports, entertainment, employment, professional liability, and commercial law in state, federal and administrative courts. Mr. Levine zealously advocates on behalf of a wide range of clients including professional athletes, NCAA Athletes, coaches, sports agents, employers, professionals, municipalities, and businesses. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mr. Levine participated in a fellowship with the New York State Department of Financial Services where he worked in their Financial Frauds and Consumer Protection Division. In connection with his fellowship he oversaw and assisted in various investigations to halt deceptive business practices impacting the public. Mr. Levine was also competitively selected to serve as a judicial intern for the Hon. Dennis Cavanaugh in the United States District Court of New Jersey. Mr. Levine is on the faculty of St. John’s School of Law as part of its International and Comparative Sports Law program, serving as a professor of sports law for LL.M students. Mr. Levine also serves as an independent legal analyst on the Fox News Network, discussing legal issues relating to high profile cases.
