Vanessa provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of M&A and private equity transactions and is a member of the Private Equity Industry Group. She has many years of experience in advising financial investors and international companies on all aspects of German and cross-border transactions, including bidding processes, carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments, leveraged buy-outs and management buy-outs. She also has extensive experience in advising shareholders and investors of distressed companies. Vanessa studied in Freiburg im Breisgau and Athens. She wrote her doctoral thesis at the Institute for Foreign and International Private Law at the University of Freiburg im Breisgau. From 2009 to 2020 she worked for another large international law firm. Since 2020 she has been with Gleiss Lutz.
