Dr. Ralf Morshäuser Bio

Ralf is one of the leading M&A lawyers in Germany. He advises national and international corporate clients and financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions. He has particular experience in complex transactions (including carve-outs and distressed M&A) and private equity, and advises regularly on corporate law matters. Since 2017, Ralf is active as an Officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association. Ralf is Co-Managing Partner of the firm. Ralf studied at the universities of Regensburg and Munich. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007. Ralf worked with companies and law firms in Australia (2001 in Melbourne) and the US (2008 in New York and Boston).
